Yea.... the pictures say it all..
I had made the traditional Maharashtrian potato vegetable. Batatychi bhaji with some shallow fried king fish..which was my first time ever at touching raw fish and actually cooking it.
Before the luncheon, a little appetiser came in the form of corn with some sweet lime. I cooked in the steam cooker, which keeps the original taste, flavour n nutrients intact in the food.
One of those best days..
